🎯 About the Role

We’re seeking a TikTok Shop Media Buyer to join our high-performing E-commerce team. In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and scale TikTok advertising campaigns that drive direct product sales via TikTok Shop.

This is a fully remote position, ideal for a performance-focused media buyer who knows the ins and outs of TikTok’s ecosystem—or is eager to learn and coachable in this area.

While hands-on experience with TikTok Shop ads is highly preferred, we are open to candidates with strong media buying experience on Meta Ads, Shopify e-commerce stores, or other paid social platforms who are trainable and have a keen interest in TikTok.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Plan, launch, and manage TikTok Shop advertising campaigns

  • Use video ads, Spark Ads, and in-app shopping formats to drive direct sales

  • Continuously optimize campaigns for ROI and GMV

Budget & Bidding Strategy

  • Own and manage campaign budgets efficiently

  • Implement bidding strategies based on TikTok’s auction dynamics

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using TikTok Ads Manager and analytics tools

  • Track metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, CVR, and GMV

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with creatives to develop high-performing ad content

  • Provide data-driven feedback to optimize creatives via A/B testing

Trend Analysis & Market Research

  • Stay on top of TikTok platform updates, commerce trends, and competitor strategies

  • Leverage trends to inform campaign strategies

Vendor Relations

  • Collaborate with TikTok representatives to access beta features, best practices, and new tools

Cross-Channel Strategy Integration

  • Align TikTok campaigns with broader e-commerce strategies across Meta, Google, email, and other channels


✅ Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of media buying experience with proven results on TikTok, Meta, or other paid social platforms

  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop ads is highly preferred, but not required for coachable candidates

  • Experience with Meta Ads and/or Shopify e-commerce stores is a strong plus

  • Strong interest in learning TikTok advertising and willingness to be trained

  • Deep understanding of direct response advertising

  • Highly analytical and comfortable making data-driven decisions

  • Familiarity with e-commerce metrics and funnel optimization

  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to craft high-converting ads

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Fluent in English

  • Available to work during Eastern Standard Time (9 AM – 6 PM EST)
