ABOUT THIS POSITION:

As an Account Manager at BAD, you’re not just answering client questions — you’re running the show. You’ll onboard 40-50 auto clients like a pro, manage launch logistics like a boss, and keep retention to where it will make SaaS companies jealous. If you can run point across creatives, media buying, and client success without breaking a sweat — this role was built for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own onboarding for 40–50 automotive clients, ensuring seamless launches in 5 days or less.
  • Lead engaging client calls (15–20 minutes), gathering insights that fuel profitable ads.
  • Train clients on our lead gen system, ensuring they’re set up to win.
  • Hosting launch calls via video to set expectations, train clients on lead management software, and showcase final ads before pushing them live.
  • Conducting regular check-in calls to address revenue tracking, software issues and other client concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintaining client communication via Telegram group chat, with expected responses within 24 hours, typically responding within an hour for issue updates
  • Project managing a team of editors and media buys to ensure timely task completion.
  • Monitor client health like a hawk — proactively identify churn risks and solve fast.
  • Measure success based on maintaining a churn rate of 5% or lower, impacting overall departmental growth.
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment, contributing to team success and personal development opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Having a real passion for cars will make you standout.
  • 1–2 years of account management experience (automotive or local business = 🔥)
  • Bonus points for any sales experience — even better if it’s B2B or consultative
  • Ridiculously organized and sharp communicator
  • Understand the META advertising platform and Google Ads platform at a basic level.
  • Understand services such as Vinyl Wrapping, Ceramic Coating, PPF, Powder coating, Wheel repair, tinting, and more will give you a massive advantage.
