ABOUT THIS POSITION:

As a Meta Ads Strategist, you will play an important role in creating digital marketing strategies to create strategies for local marketing campaigns through the META platforms. You will be responsible for monitoring emerging trends and technologies in Meta advertising, implementing cutting-edge strategies to maintain a competitive edge, oversee all Meta advertising channels for consistent brand messaging, and coordinate with other marketing teams to integrate efforts with broader campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must be able to build, plan, and execute comprehensive Meta advertising strategies tailored to our local market, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives to maximize the impact of Meta platforms.
  • Must be able to use in-depth knowledge of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads to drive effective and innovative campaigns, and manage and optimize ad accounts with advanced targeting and retargeting techniques to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Must be able to lead and mentor a team of media buyers by providing ongoing training and support, ensuring they are up to date with the latest tools, trends and best practices while working in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to develop and track Meta advertising KPIs, analyze performance data for actionable insights, and prepare detailed reports for senior management on campaign outcomes and recommendations.
  • Must be able to inspire and motivate the Meta advertising team to meet and exceed goals by setting clear objectives, providing support, analyzing competitor activities, and offering recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare and manage the Meta advertising budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effective campaigns by monitoring spending and making necessary adjustments for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and implement detailed marketing plans for Meta Ads, tailored to target local audiences and drive engagement and conversions, utilizing advanced segmentation and targeting strategies for effective customer reach.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or in a similar role, with a focus on Meta advertising.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful Meta advertising strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta advertising platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram Ads.
  • Extensive experience with Meta advertising tools and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager for campaign management and performance analysis.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent team leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and effectively.
