ABOUT THIS POSITION:

As an Ecommerce Strategist, you will play an important role in the post-sale relationship, marketing strategy, and account management (client account profit and growth) at BAD Marketing. You will be responsible for ensuring that your accounts are successful, operating smoothly and that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategies for various client accounts to drive growth and profitability.
  • Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring all marketing campaigns and tasks are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular performance analyses and create detailed reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate and lead team members to ensure a cohesive and high-converting marketing approach.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ecommerce marketing, including Meta ads, Google ads, email marketing, and more.
  • Provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations to optimize their ecommerce platforms and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and proactive account management.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and implementing new strategies and tools.
  • Understand marketing psychology and the latest marketing trends to anticipate customer needs and develop effective marketing strategies based on these insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in an agency setting, specifically managing ecommerce clients.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels (including Meta ads, Google ads, email marketing), and conversion rate optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, and others.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
