ABOUT THIS POSITION:

As an Ecommerce Project Manager, you will play an important role in the post-sale relationship and account management at BAD Marketing. You will be responsible for ensuring that your accounts are successful, operating smoothly and that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize our Tech Stack (Clickup, Slack, etc.) for streamlined project management.
  • Embody and promote team values while setting and achieving department objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize team performance, holding them accountable for deadlines, SOPs, and projects.
  • Be proactive in communicating account standings with clients, providing plans for optimization or improvement.
  • Provide excellent customer experience, de-escalating concerns to minimize refunds or reputation damage.
  • Deepen existing client relationships and identify new client needs.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, acting as a bridge between clients and BAD Marketing for successful account management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Proven experience managing Ecommerce projects from conception to completion.
  • Experience with Media Buying, specifically with Google and Facebook.
  • Strong understanding of Ecommerce platforms, technologies and trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of paid media, Ecommerce or email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
